Reeder Custom Guns - Flagstaff is in flood condition. Many of the roads are

angled downhill and with all the heavy rain we have had the last couple of days the streets are running 2 to 3 feet of water and mud. Small cars are floating downstream ending up in piles at intersections. I went out for a minute or so and a little Chevy Volt was in front of me and water was halfway up the door. It washed into a guys yard. A lot of houses are having problems with water and mud getting in. Two and 3 feet of water is rushing downhill picking up any small car on the road as it goes by. It is real mess and we are expecting several more days of heavy rain.

Highly unusual for this time of year. This is usually when everything turns brown or yellow and dries up. Lately I am feeling like I am back in Mozambique during the Rainy Season.

moving probably 30 mph. It picked up a little Prius and washed it down the street spinning in circles until it slammed into a big pick up truck and we lost sight of it. Another video of the Prius several blocks on down the street showed the little P.O.S. missing half it's front end and not much of it left intact. One video showed a new BMW sedan picked up and deposited on a guy's front porch.

The clouds are rolling in now and we will more than likely get another gully washer today. The insurance companies are probably spitting blood.

The creeks were already running at noon. I left the Pistol Parlor around 1 and hit the big storm cell going south on I-17. There are times when one is better off with a 4x4 pickup than with a Prius or Volt.

To quote Chancellor Bismarck: "There is a Providence that protects idiots, drunkards, children and the United States of America." I belong to at least one of these categories.
