in with wind gusts of probably 30 mph easily blowing out of the NE, which is very unusual.

The warm temps from the west were hitting the cold air coming from the NE causing a swirling effect, like it was trying to form a tornado, which is very unusual for this area. Then like somebody emptied a bucket torrential rain hit dropping the temps about 25 degrees.

The heavy rain is still coming down and all this happened in about 30 minutes time. Last time I saw this weather like this was in July a couple of years ago and when the rain quit the hail started and then it turned to snow. The ground is way too warm for snow to stick but I have seen it snow in July at least twice.
