bluing session Thursday night. Just finished up the polishing this morning. This is another of our Javelina Classic for Cliff Trapani. His base gun was a very old first edition old model Ruger so it has taken quite a bit longer to get the needed parts for this conversion. But even though it has taken 2 years Cliff has been patient and his dual cylinder Javelina is finally finished. The gun is chambered in 22 Hornet and 22 K-Hornet with a heavy 8" barrel. It is a two tone gun with deluxe Black Chromex on the frame and barrel. The cylinders are high polished stainless, as are some of the small parts including the Belt Mountain base pin. The grips are a dark burl wood and fit to the Gunfighter Grip. The front sight is the interchangeable blade front sight with the gold bead blade. The gun has had the Positive Performance Package including the Deep Dish Crown, Maxi Throat and action job and is super smooth and accurate. Another 2 toned beauty in our Javelina Classic series. Any smears you might see are a very light coating of oil from the bluing.
