Thinking about the Dem's no eviction mandate making property owners relinquish eviction rights. Next step will be to force property owners to "share" their property like they did in communist Russia after the Bolshevik revolution and people lost property rights.
No one has "relinquished" their eviction rights....

that's absolutely NOT CORRECT. I can tell you that as a lawyer, the process is stayed, not taken away. When all this is over, there will be a tidal wave of evictions, ejectments, and foreclosures across the country. May people could not, or perhaps chose not to pay their bills. That will come back to haunt many renters, homeowners, banks, investors....you name it. It will be a big ripple effect in our judicial system followed closely by a ripple in the financial system.
I call bs, you think this is all going to pass, you are

GONNA BE INTERESTING TO SEE WHAT EFFECT A TIDAL WAVE OF EVICTIONS HAS
IT IS A BAD SCENARIO -- MY SON WAS FORCED TO CLOSE BOTH OF HIS STORES FOR A WHILE BUT YET HAD TO CONTINUE TO PAY THE RENT ON THE BUILDINGS
THEY WERE FAIRLY WELL SET SO THEY COULD MANAGE IT -- THEN OUR LOVING GUBMINT GAVE THEM SOME RELIEF TO
THEY'RE GONNA HAVE TO STOP THROWING MONEY OUT EVERY WINDOW SOONER OR LATER
AREN'T THEY ?
