I was looking at El Paso Saddlery and the ones I saw were full flap but with the But forward. I don't know about that.

which works better for me and longer barrels, no help on a large "name" as I had mine made by true saddle maker who specialized in civil war saddles, did great holsters as a side thing, and who has long since retired. Meanwhile, I quit carrying longer barreled guns.
