If the gun is new it should have a manual and a stock adjustment shim kit. You will have a cast shim and about 3 height shims. You should be able to get it to 60/40 with one. You may need to adjust your length of pull first. They sell different length pads. That is the only thing bad about Benelli. They don't use a flat butt you can screw into. You should be able to make it work. Go to a club or sporting clays range and ask for help. You will find some great people and a place to shoot.
