for those applications it would require some discipline not to confuse purpose loads. The .38 makes sense to me since I only load those to normal spec. Unless they are long seat SWC that wouldn't fit anyway.

I REALLY like the 5.5" versions with ejector rods. Ans I favor the 1872 as the historical pinnacle of development on that platform. The next year, it was all over.
