Reeder Custom Guns - on our recent Africa hunt we had a husband and wife

team there hunting, Danielle and Ray Shepard. They both did extremely well and took some great animals.

During the time we weren't in the field hunting I could be found with a coffee mug in my hand. That being so I received this coffee mug in the mail this morning. It has a picture of a Cape Buffalo and a Golden Wildebeest on it, the 2 animals I took on the hunt.

Danielle sent one to each of the hunters. Here's all (except mine, still being made). She did an amazing job on them, especially considering she only started making pottery within the last year or so.

the PHs call it the Golden Wildebeest. It may well be a hybrid wildebeest. All I have seen have been in the Kalahari Desert and are the color of the sand, a reddish gold color. My PH said none had been taken with a handgun so being all my guns had been stolen in Qatar, I borrowed a custom G-2 pistol from Eric Stenberg in 338 GNR and was lucky enough to get within shooting range (well over 100 yards) of the herd bull and got him down with one shot. A second shot kept him down.

She can do all kinds of custom work, coffee mugs, cigar ash trays, bowls, plates. She's like a 3D printer with clay. She can email some examples of her work to.
