ATF has banned Russian ammo and guns coming into US.

One of the American ammo makers will try to add it to an already overloaded work schedule. But somebody will do so and the American made AKs will start to sell and high prices will probably prevail.
Expect China to pick up the slack on ammo and guns. Biden kisses their asses so they will be able to bring all the "assault weapon" ammo and guns into the U.S. So nobody will do without. They might have to pay a bit more but it will still be available.
