The shotgun Adapter "shells" 20 ga.- .38 Spec.

We ran out when the temp dipped below 90 deg. and humid heat index finally was two digits again. We only had a few .38 130 gr. SWC Benjamin had loaded with AA#7. In the 1.6" of available rifling but no cylinder gap they were subsonic, probably around 800 fps. It was a lot of fun no matter.

Every once in a while you could see a little flame, with the .357's you sure would.

The first pair of shots. It will require some testing and finesse. To garner any success you will have to test and rotate the "shells" within the specific chambers to get the barrels to regulate. I used a pencil mark and had some success. I shot then rotated from 12 o'clock to 9, then shot, rotated to 11 o'clock and walked the pairs in together. You can't mix chambers either. Some more permanent indices would need to be made. Perhaps adding o-rings may help, I'll test them in the future.

The outsides of the adapters get a little sooty. The .38 cases simply fell out until they got dirty.

Perhaps a bit optimistic but 25 yds. was the first try.

The rifling sure got dirty fast too. I'll be looking into that.
