Don’t be disheartened, God still has this. The media and politics tries to condition us to me horrified. Trust ourselves, the Govt. to save us, and not God. We should be intelligently concerned, smart about this. Aggressive and alert to know when to seek more help. But literally millions have easily overcome this. Take care of yourself and your family. Stay hydrated, eat smart to promote strength and energy, rest and sleep well.
