I have to confess as eye opening as the Walker Colt is firing for the first time, I have an affinity for Dragoon’s!

Watching some western called “Colt .45”, the dude is toting a pair (!!!) of Colt Walker .44’s! That would pull my britches down around my ankles standing still, much less trying to walk! I think Jurras and Nonte hunted hogs in FL with Walkers and Dragoon’s recorded in their handgun hunting book. A back chapter. Those boys lived large for a while!

I REMEMBER THAT RANDOLPH SCOTT

They will clean them all out. The odd models were pretty rare even in the days of production. The Italians make a batch hopefully a couple times each decade. Get your collector/shooters while you can boys!

I have always wanted to try my hand at paper cartridges too. I ran some dope heads out of the weekend house and they left a good supply of rolling papers to utilize. (I always preferred the one-hitter) - a joke. Lol

That Dance &Brothers is beautiful

would high polish bright blue it and color case the frame. Maybe a little 1880s style engraving, and some fake ivory grips. Now that would impress me.

I'M LEANING SERIOUSLY THAT WAY!

LAST TIME I WAS AT WOOLAROC WE GOT TO WATCH ONE OF THEIR RESTORERS CLEANING A SIMILAR PISTOL THEY HAD JUST ACQUIRED WHEN SOME KID HAD PULLED IT OUT OF HIS GRANNYS ATTIC
NOW THAT WAS VERY INTERESTING
TOLD US ALL ABOUT HOW THEY WENT ABOUT DETERMINING ITS AUTHENTICITY & EVERYTHING
