a new Western Classic just finished

We just finished it over this long never ending weekend. This one is unusual to say the least. This beauty is a new Colt New Frontier barrel based on a Ruger 44 Magnum frame with a 5¼" barrel. That may be a normal length but it is the first one I have seen. The gun is color cased with the barrel, cylinder and gripframe being our deluxe Black Chromex. The newest Western Classic is chambered in 44 Special. The grips are unusual too and if the buyer wants, the grips can be exchanged for a dark burl wood. I sorta like the unusual grips and told Nate to make these light colored grips to accent the dark parts of the gun. The Western Classic has had the Positive Performance Package done to it and is very accurate. Of all the Western Classics we have built this one stands out completely. We have plans to build a dozen guns and are a bit over half way. With our huge back log we can't just stop and build Western Classics so I try to have one every 8 or 10 weeks, and this beauty is the latest. Again if you would rather have a dark burl wood grips we can switch them at no extra charge, but I thought these were interesting, and make it a bit more of a full custom gun.
This Western Classic is a true one of a kind and should run somewhere near $3000. It is specially priced at $2395.
