I don’t think that stands for “Holland & Holland”. Looks to be maybe 70-80’s cottage Co. custom. On a clone .44 size OM fabricated frame, replica FT Ruger OM if you will. It was nickel, not stainless, I think. The front sight looked kind of like a Colt New Frontier and the cylinder pawl gear did too. Never saw one before!
