another one we have been working on evenings and weekends. This is one of our Alaskan Hunters chambered in 445 Super Mag. It is based on one of the Ruger Maximum frames. The gun is a two toned beauty with satin Vapor Honed stainless steel small parts and cylinder. It has an 8" barrel with our interchangeable blade front sight and the gold bead blade. It has a 5 shot cylinder and our tight .002 barrel/cylinder gap for the utmost in power. It has had the Positive Performance Package done to it and is super smooth and accurate. It has the Belt Mountain base pin for a tighter lock up. It has the Gunfighter Grip with burl walnut grips.
The gun is finished in our Vapor Honed Black Chromex finish, and is perfect for the hunter who wants a quality hunting handgun without the high polish and engraving. The 445 Super Mag is a very powerful cartridge plus you can shoot 44 Magnum and 44 Special in the same cylinder. This is one of the finest hunting handguns you will find anywhere. The Ruger Maximum itself on Gunbroker would normally run $1400 easily in so so condition, and with all the work we have done on it, this Alaskan Hunter would normally run upwards of $3000.
