if you have a Super Blackhawk, and want a 454, you will need a new barrel, new sights, new cylinder, new internals as you are going from a 6 shot to a 5 shot, work on the frame as we are putting a larger cylinder in there. You will need an action job to fit those new parts and you will need a complete rebluing. So either way you go you are looking at a bare minimum $1500, probably a bit more. That is why our packages are the best buy. You save a minimum of $300 by going with the packages.
