Trigger bar. On H&R/NEF revolvers the trigger manages the timing and rotation. The very last portion of movement trips that separate trigger bar releasing the hammer to fire.
You can shoot them by cocking the hammer, reaching behind that trigger and pushing that bar with a fingertip.
