antlers about 1/2 mile from our camp. He lives about a mile away. Walks the woods alot in the spring. He's a logger.

IN REAL GOOD SHAPE THIS FALL
HAD ABOUT 13 OR SO DOES & 4 YOUNG ONES WAITING FOR THEIR SCRAPS & APPLES THIS MORNING
NO BUCKS - THEY RARELY SHOW THEMSELVES THIS CLOSE TO THE HOUSE
THINK THEY'RE STILL ABOUT 2-3 WEEKS FROM THEIR CRAZY TIME THOUGH
WHEN THE HORMONES REALLY START KICKING IN WE MIGHT SEE ONE OR TWO HANGING AROUND

Not quite true. R12-4-301 is the Fish & Game reg that states what makes the trail cam illegal, is its ability to transmit photos or videos to a remote source, like your cell phone or a computer. If you have a regular trail cam you can still put them out and enjoy the wildlife.

The trail cam that transmit pics was made illegal a couple of years ago. The regular trail cams will be illegal as of this coming Jan. 1st.
