WOULD PAY 52 CENTS A ROUND FOR .223s.

I agree with John but these days it is not

unusual to see 223/5.56 at $17 or $18 per box of 20 rounds for FMJ. We got a big batch of 223/5.56 Green Tip (FMJ) in 30 round packs recently that ran us $28 per pack. That is right at $1 per round but it is either pay the piper or do without.

Gary is right

It will be a while before you see ammo at 2019 prices

520 a case for green tip is pretty competitive, especially with Norma Brass

when we find a decent price on a case

of ammo there is shipping and usually a credit card fee and between these two we usually add another $50 or $60 to the price. This ends up being about the price that the local gun shop has on ammo in stock. Plus UPS and Fed Ex recently came up with a big price increase and that doesn't help at all. So the savings are theoretical at best. Like Brian said it will be a long time before we see 2019 prices on ammo again.

I sure do wish they would go ahead and stack the shelves with ammo at whatever price.....then the parts peices and components might start showing up

around me they are a 1.oo sometimes plus per round
