I have the same issue with my Hornady 7mm GNR dies. The size die doesn’t come close to sizing the cartridge neck enough to hold the bullet even with the expander removed. I slightly squeeze the case neck with a pair of pliers, just enough to hold the bullet in position, then crimp with a LEE 7-30 Waters factory crimp die.
