I have done hundreds of full engraving on guns thru the years, all with scroll or cowboy or cattle brands engraving. As far as I know this is the only full engraving I have done with hunting animals. It is our North American Hunter in my favorite revolver caliber, the 429 GNR. I have used the 429 GNR all over the world and taken a truckload of critters with it. It has a 7" barrel on it and has the interchangeable blade front sight with the gold bead blade. It has had the Positive Performance Package done and is super slick and accurate too. It has Mongolian stag grip inserts and is finished in our soft satin Vapor Honed finish. It is covered with animals we hunt or would like to hunt. The North American Hunter is normally $1695 on the customer's base gun, but with us furnishing a thousand dollar base gun plus the full engraving and stag inserts it would normally run around $2995. It is sale priced at $2195. And it comes with rings.

It’s an outstanding robust hunting foundation with .454 power using the wonderful mid weight .44 cal. Bullets. Throw a scope on it easily. The .429 is right there with the well proven .410 GNR, just a bit heavier bullets the norm. Shooting side by side it’s hard to tell which is which. The stags and engraving make it a classy timeless tribute to Gary’s pursuit of a great hunting handgun.

I have one just like it, it is not engraved. It has a 2X scope. I love the gun and caliber. Load with 265 gr Hornady FP.

Looks like a kid got carried away with an Etch-a-Sketch and did not know where to stop. Stag grips are generally very nice but the busy pattern just added to this cluster. The 429 is a very well thought out powerful cartridge and on a very strong platform in this example.

I agree it’s subjective. I like different.

Of course one could wait three years and spend $5k on a Bowen that looks exactly like a stock Ruger. And many do! But then again I have a revolver with a Sasquatch engraved on it. My tastes are “different” to say the least, LOL

bad mouth it. It is not necessary to be rude.

I agree with Jared. Likes or dislikes are subjective.

And in that case I dislike you arrogant attitude. Most of the Misfits on here are friends and it's obvious with your attitude you are not going to last long on here.

Jared and Charlie. Thanks for the comments but

let it go. I can't please everybody and obviously this guy knows nothing about what we do. We put 400 custom Ruger Super Redhawks out with minimal engraving and he makes no comments. I spend almost 2 weeks doing the engraving on one special (maybe a little gaudy) Super Redhawk and he bitches. He probably hangs out with fat girls and drives a Prius. Just ignore him.

GARY MAYBE YOU SHOULD DO ONE

WITH ENGRAVINGS OF FAT GIRLS AND PRIUS-ESSES JUST FOR HIM.

Good idea JT. I have a hard time ignoring

Not every plant survives a thirst, but a cactus can. Not every retard can read, but look at you go, little buddy! Today, you should take a moment and send a message to a screwed up friend, just as I am doing. I don’t care if you lick windows, or molest farm animals. You hang in there cupcake, because you are freaking special to me, and your my friend. Look at you smile at your phone, you crayon eating fothermucker.

thanks for that Blake. Took the words right out

At least it was better than the worn out “fat girls and Prius” response and you impressed Irv.

No cupcake it’s not copy and paste it’s plagiarism

I have it memorized because it’s so appropriate for you window licking crayon eaters that are proud of themselves for knowing how to navigate the internet. Your opinions are not even based on your own experience. You obviously got them from the internet. Put the phone down Alan and go do something real. Get some first hand experience of something for your self. You will be a better person for it.

Let's see.

So far you've insulted Gary, Blake, JT, and anyone that likes the gun. No, Blake didn't impress me, I just wouldn't have said it that nice. You're making friends quite rapidly on this forum.

Cylinder Engraving

I call some firearms functional art. The use of the cylinder wall space with engraving maximizing the picture with cylinder length is phenomenal. That truly is beautiful, in my opinion.
