what's left of Remington is moving to Georgia

Not sure what exactly is left and whether the new owners, Roundhill Group, will continue to put out the same junk that Remington has put out for the last 10 or 15 years. Vista bought the ammo plant in Arkansas so that has nothing to do with Remington Guns. Ruger bought Marlin, that was owned by Remington, so that has nothing to do with the current Remington. Roundhill bought the equipment and building in Ilion NY but if what was announced when the judge split up Remington into 7 parcels is right, someone else bought out the names and trademarks, so I am not sure how Remington will continue to build Remington guns without the trademarks and names. It is going to be a real cluster from what I can tell.
