Savage 23C in 321 GNR
I have an old Savage 23C bolt action rifle in 32-20. I was playing around with the magazines the other day and for no particular reason, tried to see if a 357 magnum case would fit. To my surprise, the 357 case slid right in.
After that, I checked to see if the bolt face would accept the marginally larger rim, and mine did indeed have just enough clearance.
Thoughts on rechambering this to 321 GNR if for no other reason than reducing reloading costs due to unavailable, fragile 32-20 brass?
