Virginia's new gov, Youngkin, has already flip flopped about the Covid vaccine mandates. Not even in office yet and he has already caved in to Biden's mandates.

5th circuit court so OSHA dropped the enforcement of the mandate knowing it would loose in the 5th circuit court as being unconstitutional
