the only problem I can see is your revolver is a 7 shot. I would have to run the numbers to see if 7 rounds of 32-20 will fit in a cylinder the same size as your 327 cylinder. The 327 rim is around .320 while the 32-20 rim is approx. .408 so there is a bit of a difference. We have done them in the standard 6 shot cylinders before but the 7 shot may pose a problem. I don't have a single 7 cylinder here at home so I would have to do the numbers when I get to the shop tomorrow.
