Stonecold’s Family TX Hunt

His PC is having issues to I cut and pasted this. His daughter in law I believe with her huge hog, and another fine TX whitetail for Dr. Cavanaugh and his little .45 Colt Reeder Custom. Fixed iron sights no less, he’s got it dialed in!

“ This small 8 point I shot at 40 yards with the usual Reeder 45 Backpacker. A 270 grain SWC over 9 grains of Unique does the job. My daughter in law killed a nice 8 point as well as this big male hog with her 6.5. We also killed some does, five other hogs and one coyote. It was a great hunt.”
