for Cops that would not fire without wearing this special ring. Obviously it was some magnetic safety device involved. Sounded like a good way to get yourself shot by a bad guy. No way could I depend on a magnetic safety. One of the selling points was if a Perp got your piece it could not fire.

Actually these days I admire guns that have a minimum of buttons or levers. A slide release and mag button are all I really need.
