I finally whacked it. After much consideration…

I settled on 20.5” initially. 20” measured from the front of the receiver. This allows room for a 8-shot extension and can be used as a hangar for lights etc. I’m really looking at the XS “Big Dot” front sight. A little pricy but nice classy kit that should have a glow for 5-6 yrs.

I can add a 26” VT barrel later and really have a versatile do it all shotgun. I typically shoot pumps. But on the Skeet range I find I’m not as hot stuff as I fancy myself, the semi-auto is less work. I have to admit, and recoil is less on this ancient gas gun.
