I found this old picture. I think I was comparing the bore center line, controls, and center of the trigger, looking at ergonomics. You can see the IWI is different.

Good illustration. I wanted a CZ75 dreadfully,

but handled one several decades back and trigger just too long. Still have thought hard recently on one, but my 1911s have short triggers and flat MSHs of neccessity, and can see by that illustration that it just ain't happenin'. Thanks for posting the why, and can put aside thoughts of money wasted.

Thanks. Still thinking about an Israeli or Italian CZ

clone or a CZ. If Rock Island still imported a steel framed clone I think I'd just buy that! The range I shoot bowling pins at has a "carry gun" night once a month. Only rule is barrel length has to be less than 4". It was originally for pocket pistols like j frames Sig 365s etc, but people are now bringing N Frame snubs, etc. My little .327 LCR can't compete. So, on night's where I'm having no success with with my little revolver, I'd like to switch over to a 9mm with a heavy frame and great trigger..

I have a couple Tanfoglio's. 38 Super , 10MM that
