It started raining here about 2 this afternoon. Temperature right now is around 40. Supposed to be in the teens by morning.

Everyone is bracing for ice and power outages. Good old AWD Expedition is fueled up. Plan B, plan C….
We have plenty of firewood .. generator standing by ..

No plans to go anyplace. We have everything here that we need. We did insulate the wellhouse after the snowmegeddon of last year. It did not freeze up but we used a lot of propane keeping it warm. We rewired it so we can now pump the well with the generator. We shut off all non-critical outside water faucets, so we are about prepared as we can be at this point.
If it hits the fan, that's when I have to go to work

To make sure everyone has water. Hopefully we can keep more in the pipes than outside. lol We have millions in stationary and portable generators. I just renewed the service contract and had them serviced. We'll see.
