a neighbor yelled at her to clean up her dog crap, she denied her dogs had gone in his yard, he replied with obscenity, she told hubby who went next door to have words, the neighbor opened door then went back for a handgun and commenced blasting. The neighbor did time. Our hero was already into guns, but can see such an instance making him a Gunsite training fan. BUT, no certainty the same guy as in original question, but consider it likely.
