Last week I slipped on some ice and fell. Needless to say, I broke a rib. The only treatment is rest and anti-inflammatories.

I'm feeling a tad better so the only day for me to hunt in the Bay State is a Saturday.

I'm off to the western part of the state collectively known as the Berkshires. I'll take the TC Contender in 22 K Hornet that Gary had rechambered and as my trusty side arm a reworked Ruger Single Six in 22 WRM. Both are very accurate.

As a side note I felt a lot older after my experience at the doctor's office.

The young woman who is my doctor's PA had her name embroidered on her coat. I recognized it. I asked," Is your father's name Adam? " She replied," Yes". I then told her how he was one of my first students when I started my student teaching in a local high school. Needless to say, that is when I felt a tad older.
