The centerfire guns actually have a gear sprocket and indexing notches on the rotary bolt. Ingenious design and of the highest quality. The rimfire is pretty nice too if not traditional in design. I like the short throw.
Henry makes a "Long Ranger" series of centerfire lever guns that sort of look like the Browning BLR but I do not believe they are close mechanically. They have an under receiver magazine though.
