It's not what you have but what you are willing to do with the resources at hand. In WWII didn't we deliver stamped sheet metal single shot .45acp pistols for people to use to resist? Use one round to obtain what you need to continue the fight. Optimum? Absolutely not. It's not the hardware, it's the man that uses it. Look what happened in Vietnam; a populace that used two sticks to pick up one grain of rice and one stick to carry two buckets of shit kept us busy for a long time.
