"eliminating the magazine disconnect safety (which leads to a better trigger pull), using a rounded hammer that’s less likely to cause hammer bite, a re-profiled beavertail, bevels on the magwell, and a flush-fit magazine that holds 15 rounds instead of the original 13 rounds."

These touches have not been available on a factory production HP, much less one under $1000.
