I cast 10 1/2 pounds of bullets this morning. Using my old Saeco 4 cavity 158 gr. SWC .38/.357 mold. That's right around 465 bullets for a little time invested. If you like casting, it ain't work.

These feed nicely in the Rossi Model 92 and are pretty accurate. They work well in the .357 and the .38 Special sixguns.

You cast a fine bullet Sir.

a few weeks ago. Just wish I'd had all the equipment together at the beginning, sure missed having a decent ladle at first. Looking forward to trying them out on the range in a couple more months. It's not work, it's part of the pass time/hobby/process. Turning out decent bullets rather than paying money for them is fun. If I had to do it for a paycheck, however, I can see where it'd become irksome. :D

I enjoy casting bullets and lube/sizing them too.

Makes me feel like I'm that much closer to a day that I can go out to shoot 'em. I will endeavor to make mine turn out as good looking as yours. Thanks Jim.

I enjoy the lubing and sizing also.

I enjoy the whole ammo-making process.

It’s especially satisfying to hunt with your own loaded ammo

is with .22 Long Rifles, .22 Magnum and the .348 Winchester Model 71. I didn't have dies and components at the time for the .348.

Using "home made" ammo make a hunt that much better!
