anyone have one of these? the guy i do work for just got one in trade.he's thinking on not keeping it as he has very small hands and the 1911 doesn't fit him well. are they good guns and what do they sell for? it's has the FDE finish and a threaded barrel and looks almost new.looked on gun broker and only saw one with the threaded barrel it was new in the box buy it now was $1200.oo

like Colt, seem to sub-contract the German company UMAREX of air-gun fame to make some models for them. I'd figure tee actual value half or less than that buy now. In my opinion the Kimber might be a better deal at a higher price point.

Do some research, It's just a tip. I have a AR .22 rimfire Colt M4 carbine (well Roman does) that was made by UMAREX. it's OK but not a "Colt".

Not a Kimber fan but I do have a Kimber 22 Target.

As long as you clean it every 250 or 300 rounds and use good ammo with copper washed bullets, it runs great. I used it in a Steel Challenge match earlier in the month and had zero malfunctions.
