Kind of interesting article I read recently about how it originated due to a oversight of the railroad and was very short lived. Had a story about a town marshall sworn in at 2 pm and buried at 5 pm the same afternoon.
there is also Twin Arrows on the same stretch of road.

From an old zoo, small white building that had a Two Guns logo but now graffiti-ed over. Somewhere back there is the Apache Death Cave, though I'd be surprised if it hasn't been blocked up.

many ghost towns are still in existence, some of them even have a few people living in them. Tortilla Flat had 6 I think it was ... Bumble Bee has always had a few folks .. there are lots of old places where all that is left are foundations but even there, there are lots of things to discover. When we were at the old town of Pinal you could tell where the saloon was by a huge pile of old whiskey bottles. There are quite a lot of them still ... not easy to reach .. but fun to do. And some ain't that far off the beaten path. The old town of Gillett is pretty close to I-10.
Sorry .. that last sentence should read "close to 1-17" ...
