and half the parts we get are used parts. It just isn't worth the time and effort. We do a lot of cosmetic work on Colt handguns, bringing them back to life after being abused or left out in the weather but internal work just isn't worth spending 2 hours on the phone trying to find parts and then another couple of ours fitting the part. Then the customer bitches and complains about the cost. I can do action jobs on 2 or 3 Rugers or S&Ws in the time it takes to work on one Colt.
