Reeder Custom Guns - Question on shipping *container* for long guns?

I need to ship a rifle action/barrel. Question is, where do you guys get your shipping box? Or tube?

I don’t want to use a hard case, and I don’t really need to since I have to take off the stock and scope and just ship the barreled action. Looking for any advice or experiences.

Last not least, FedEx or UPS?

When I ship....I get a pool noodle and cut it and slip it over the barrel and receiver.... then double wrap both ends. Then put it in a tube.. make sure it's packed tight in the tube. Duct tape the snot out of both ends of the tube.
