Nate with the customer's guns who have been waiting forever. This gives me a chance to get a couple of guns done that have been in the process for months. We are currently down to 3 employees as my other guys decided they didn't want to work for a living. So it is Nate, Kase and me with a couple of part timers that do the TC barrels.
Anyway, the first gun is one of the nicest guns we have done in a long while. It is our Rekon Kommamnder in 45 ACP. This beauty is pretty much a one of a kind. I had a Colt frame sitting in one of the safes and decided to use it for a very special gun. The gun is built on one of our Commander slides fit to that Colt frame. It is finished in our Black Chromex and has gold accents on the small parts and some of the engraving. The Black Chromex is so shiny that it was hard taking the pictures as I could see myself in the slide. It has had a full action job and is slicked up inside and out, fully ramped and polished. Every part of the gun is custom and hand fitted. It has a set of blue and black laminated grips Nate made and fit to it. The gun is also very accurate. This gun should run at least $3200. It is specially priced at $2595.

Next is one of our Ultimate Encores. Encore frames are extremely hard to find these days and I had set this one aside to build a special hunting gun out of it. The gun is a two toned gun with a Black Chromex frame and satin Vapor Honed stainless barrel. On this gun you have your choice of two barrels. A 12" 30 GNR or a 15" 471 GNR barrel. Your choice. The 471 GNR is the 500 S&W case necked down to 475. It will beat the 475 Linebaugh by several hundred FPS and be right up there with the old 475 Maximum. The Encore frame has been high polished and engraved with game animals. It has had an action job and is ready to go. With all the higher prices these days the gun should run around $1600 to $1800. It have it specially priced at $1295 with the barrel of your choice.
