Reeder Custom Guns

The ammo shortage in this part of AR seems to be easing. This last week I saw plenty of pistol and rifle ammo out on shelves (not behind the counter) in two local gun stores and at Atwoods. This was the case in both Mena and Hot Springs. Prices down pretty well also. 9mm from Winchester and Federal for 18.99 for box of 50.

saw 100 packs of Winchester white box 9mm for just under $40. Plus they had all kinds of 9mm all over the place. Basically if you have a 9mm and a 223/5.56mm you've got plenty of ammo available - if you've got the $$$$$$. Other calibers are scarce. 38 spl used to be ubiquitous, found only some Hornady Critical Defense for $33/box of 20. Somehow 110 gr 38 spl doesn't generate much confidence, but that's all I've seen for it. Chinamart had 40 gr CCI WMRF for around $15/50, cheaper than either Academy or Cabelas - both of which were in the $20 range.
