they usually have about a 20#+ DA pull. I love them though. I have to confess I'm NO Wrangler fan. I've had cap-guns with better actions. Sorry Ruger, I'm delighted others love them so. I'll stick with the Single-six.
Old HS guns also had dovetail very good rear sights. Remember?! J.C. Higgins and other store brands also sold teh HS built guns. Sleepers on the used market.
