Well the 20th Elmer Keith Memorial Shoot

and final one in Valleyford, Wa should just about be in the books...And I didn't get to attend.

I was pretty sure that somebody would turn in some flying for the weekend (it's not called Fieldman Friday for no reason) and they did. But since that's what I hung a shingle out for I stayed home trying to get it done.

I think the last full day off when there was flying to be done was in June of 1979 when my Dad was killed and I went home for 3 or 4 days for his service and to be with family.

Some day soon I hope to quit this foolishness of trying to make a living and attend a few things. But until then keep turning in those acres.
