G2 30-30

And if Dave wants to hunt cow elk with it we can rechamber it to 30 GNR or even 310 GNR.
Roman uses a .30 GNR for handgun hunting.
We set him up real nice. Solid hits in the field are like falling off a log. It sports a blue G2 chassis, Burris 2-7x in Leupold DDT bases and rings, Pachmayr rubber furniture with black nylon sling. Best of all it shoots domestic .30-30 win. just fine making those .30 GNR cases. THey hold about 15 more grains of medium burn rate powder to produce .300 Savage power from only 13" of barrel.
His handgun hunting has just begun and what a platform to use. I think we shot a 150 gr. Nosler Ballistic Tip at 2400 fps.
