government agencies were buying millions of rounds of ammo, mostly 40 caliber along with thousands of guns. Agencies like the Game & Fish department were being issued M-16s. The Postal employees were being issued 40 caliber handguns and so on. Nothing ever happened with it but it looks like Biden is following in Obamas footsteps.
