I am sure Maura Healy is squirming over the recent SC decision regarding the infamous NYS Sullivan Act. If you read into the history, you will find out that the origin of the act was to empower the corrupt Tammany Hall political machine of New York.
Anyways. It now appears that Massachusetts can no longer restrict licenses to carry. They can deny if you have a criminal background but now must issue without restrictions.
