Gary and anyone else who has had shoulder surgery, where were you physically at 6 weeks post op?
Facing a rotator cuff repair, labrum repair, and possibly bicep tendosis next month. Non dominant side thankfully. Have been thinking about pushing it out till after the HHC in Oct.
I will be exactly 6 weeks post op the week of the HHC, and I'm not missing this one.
