looking at .500 special loads I have used in my sons .500 for 1000 to 1100 385 gr cast use in .41 for everything but full power then it is 296/H110. usually use around 10 or so grains in the .41 and I finished a 5 pt deer off with that and Saeco 230 gr K-- i shot him in the lungs

Unique for the easy shooting loads. Since my lgs has plenty of different powders in stock, been trying to pick up a few different powders for the different power level loads in the 475 Lb and 41 mag.
Trying to get powder that can be used in both.
Thanks for y'alls help!

Probably 90% of my shooting with

the 455 GNR is done with HS-6 around 1,100 fps. A great powder for mid velocity loads.

I use it 480 Rug, 475LB, 510 GNR, 500 LB and many others

Good mild to mid range loads. Most accurate group I shoot with my 475LB Black Widow is with a 400 LSWC and H6
