wasn't the one that said it was 15 seconds, it was the police after watching the video. And a human size target isn't that hard a target to hit 8 of 10 shots. Plus nobody said they were all head shots or heart shots. The know it alls need to give the young man credit for what he did.

Ten rounds from cold concealment with 8 onto target under duress in 10 to 15 seconds or less = Outstanding performance.
Only the low IQ individuals have any negative comments.
